A wind of freshness and freedom blows on Zadig & Voltaire
The French house has just presented its fall-winter 2022-2023 show. Here’s everything you need to know about it.
While Zadig & Voltaire presented its fall-winter 2022-2023 show this Friday, June 17 in Paris, back on the highlights
that punctuated the show and held our attention.
A show at the Museum of Decorative Arts
The fall-winter 2022-2023 collection was shown under the gold of the main hall of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, punctuated
with industrial accents with the installation of colossal scaffolding. In the heart of Parisian culture, Zadig & Voltaire
showed its willingness to honor the applied arts.
A five-star cast
To embody the woman Zadig & Voltaire, the house called on the fashionable tops for this show event: Giselle Norman,
Anok Marial, Amélie Nsengiyumva … Girls cast by Arthur Méjean, whose energy translated the manifesto of the season.
A desire: freedom
Fluid silhouettes that highlight the body, the curves, without ever hindering. Key pieces? Metallic pants that are
sure to be found on the street, a series of embroidered vests worn directly on the skin, leather pants with an impeccable
fit, a perfect white blouse, a coat with a candy pink collar that is right on trend, a woolen skin jacket or an oversized
knit with a winter motif… A liberated look with subtle bohemian accents, but sophisticated, a historic signature
of the house whose DNA vibrates here in a reinvented version that is immediately desirable.
A fashion evolution
An opening look that sets the tone with a new minimalist and radical borrowing combined with the present time:
the top Elisa Nijman opens the show, with a solar and graphic blond square, a proposal of ultra desirable fluid
tailoring, and a winning recipe: jacket with shoulders, flare pants and crop top. https://squareblogs.net/radarfriend3/air-jordan-1-purple-and-yellow-air-jordan-1-black-yellow-air-jordan-1-black Zadig’s evening
Worn flush to the skin, the fully rhinestone suits are the evening centerpieces of the wardrobe designed by Cecilia
White/Black/Wolf Grey The it-bag
Launched in 2021, the Cecilia, the house’s flagship bag, continues to come in multiple seasonal variations: burgundy,
shearling, silver or gold jewelry, a versatile piece possible evening as well as day, office as well as night, which
translates the Zadig & Voltaire spirit carried by its designer Cecilia Bönström.
