If I had to buy only one swimsuit for the rest of my life, it would be this one
What if we simplified our lives?
Too many choices, too many trends, too much money spent. Sometimes, we simply suffer from shopping fatigue
syndrome. While every season specialists (and we are the first), unpack the 10 – or more – swim trends
to adopt for the summer, discouragement is felt. Will I once again go to the stores in order to find my
nugget? Will I also correctly adopt the bondage trend (laser cuts) or will I look like a Sunday roast?
Does my skin tone fit this all white model? Will I assume my curves in this zebra micro-bikini seen on
Camille Charrière? Will I spend a month’s rent on this rhinestone trikini that I will never have the courage
to wear? Let those who have never asked themselves these kinds of questions throw the first stone at me.
Tuesday, July 12, 2022, after running around bikini stores trying to find an eighties model to wear high
on the hips like my mother did (or more recently the Hadids and the Kardashians), I decided to give up.
First, because I was discouraged. Secondly, because I realized that this kind of swimsuit didn’t suit
me (as we all know, in fashion you should never force it). Thirdly because when I got home I (re)opened
my closet and realized that I already had everything I needed.
So yes, easier said than done… Let those who never fall for Zara throw the second stone at me. But shouldn’t
we try all these clothes again before we even consider buying another one? Wouldn’t this denim jacket
be the same – except for a few details – as the one we bought two seasons ago?
But back to our jerseys and the title of my article. While digging in my drawers (very badly organized
I must admit) I found this black one-piece from my friend Talia Collins’ label. Former fashion editor
of Vogue Paris, Talia left Paris a few years ago to move to London and launch her swimwear brand sunstainable.
Her credo is timeless design essentials made from eco-friendly technical materials made from recycled
Jordan 1 The Ten Talia Collins
Simple, effective, super shapely, this responsible model has survived all the trends… And will survive the next
ones. Like any basic, it’s its chameleon-like dimension that makes it a number 1. It’s decided, I’ll wear it solo
at the beach as well as in town as a bodysuit. The touch that makes the difference? My initials tattooed on the
back, signature of the brand, a silky and seamless material (no visible seams). Medium

In short, even if the reasoning may seem a bit basic, I love to share what will (re)become my swimwear
essential for summer 2022: airjordanfakeshoes, and invite you to do the same in a more responsible logic.
Moral of the story? Let’s question our closets before we go shopping.
