For its 11th edition, the Arc’teryx Alpine Academy will take place in Chamonix from Thursday June 30th to Sunday July

3rd. Organized by the outdoor brand Arc’teryx, which is as popular with athletes as it is with the fashion scene –

as evidenced by the cool Off-White x Arc’teryx collaboration for the Fall 2020 collection, led by Virgil Abloh and

worn by Bella and Gigi Hadid on the catwalk – the festival offers a 360° experience of the mountain open to experts

and novices alike.

Already voted the most cutting-edge brand in the outdoor sphere thanks to its pieces that combine technical specifications

and ultra-fashionable cuts, Arc’teryx is now conquering all terrains, from asphalt to mountain paths. The proof, only

a few days before its event in Chamonix, Arc’teryx took over the coolest running shop in Paris, Distance, with its

new sneaker dedicated to trail running, the Norvan LD3, tested by a handful of happy fews during a running trip in

the Bois de Vincennes in the company of ultra-trailers Martin Kern.

At the beginning of July, it is in Chamonix, the cradle of mountaineering, that the label will offer a wide range of

workshops led by the best mountain guides in the Mont-Blanc massif and the Chamonix valley, as well as masterclasses,

film screenings and concerts of high quality.

Sporting workshops on registration

More than 40 workshops will be offered during the 4 days of the festival, bringing together all the activities that

the mountain can offer in summer. Accessible on reservation, from 25 to more than 700 euros for an activity spread

over 4 days, the workshops are divided into 5 main sectors:

from Toronto, and DJ Gilles Peterson will take turns warming the hearts and bodies of festival-goers at this

unexpected venue, accessible by gondola.

For the more festive, music will be one of the key elements of the festival, with DJ sets every day from 4pm
