5 trends spotted at the Paul & Joe show in London

Decryption in pictures of the trends spotted at the Paul & Joe fall-winter 2022-2023 fashion show.

On Monday, February 21, Paul & Joe unveiled its fall-winter 2022-2023 collection at London Fashion Week.

Under the creative impetus of Sophie Méchaly, founder of the house, the show has burst silhouettes as feminine

as free. And in this picture, where the models became for a time real suffragettes, the house paid tribute

to Emmeline Pankhurst, feminist figure and English activist of the late 19th century. On the pieces, the

velvets are ribbed, the knits embroidered, the taffetas ruffled, the feathers rhinestoned and the silks

printed with the drawings of the painter Zoe Hawk. All for a wardrobe as delicate as it is functional.

Enhanced with ennobled collars or gigot sleeves, the clothes summon the past to better anchor it in our

time. This season also marks the return of the Paul & Joe man, led by Adrien Albou, son of Sophie Méchaly.

What are the 5 fashion trends spotted at the Paul & Joe show?

Flower Power

If floral patterns are often omnipresent among Paul & Joe collections, it’s because they are particularly

adored by its creator, who loves to paint them as much as to see them on clothes. Inspired by art and bucolic

landscapes in general, she does not limit herself to the summer season to exploit flowers. The proof: here

they are embroidered on thick knits, or spread in total look on a dress, like a delicate fresco. https://squareblogs.net/icebudget9/adidas-mens-powerlift-3-adidas-mens-powerlift-4-adidas-powerlift-4-mens

It’s the ultimate trend for Spring/Summer 2022, and it may well be again next fall: crochet straight out of

the 1970s and hippie looks is coming back once more, and it’s not to be disliked. Like Beth Harmon played by

Anya Taylor-Joy in The Lady’s Game, it is declined on berets in warm colors and is just as desirable as on

summer bobs.

This season, the trend is also in the tartan print. We find its mythical scottish checks on comforting wools

to wear as soon as the temperatures are down. We love it all the more as the preppy silhouettes of the 1990s

like Clueless are more than ever in vogue, especially through the influence of Bella Hadid or Dua Lipa. https://slashdot.org/submission/16004830/nike-zoom-rival-xc-nike-zoom-speed-rival-nike-zoom Stefan Knauer

Because it perfectly combines style and comfort, corduroy has become a must-have for the fall wardrobe.

We particularly like this set cut just right, in a chocolate color. https://matzenvalenti.livejournal.com/profile Stefan Knauer

Baby doll

Sixties-inspired cut, balloon sleeves, claudine collar, English embroidery… The baby doll dress comes

back season after season, and it’s once again a no-fail. Its wise cut is embellished with a freedom and

eccentricity to offer a feminine and shifted woman-child silhouette. http://www.drugoffice.gov.hk/gb/unigb/airmaxcheap4sale.com/2282-Calvin-Klein-Shoes-Canada-Online-Big-cousin-Liu-Wen-The-same-style-Thick-bottom-PUMA-and-Rihanna-collaborate-to-create-a-collec.html Stefan Knauer
