Botter wins the Grand Prix of ANDAM 2022

Robert Wun is awarded the very first ANDAM Special Prize, and Bluemarble and Dolly Cohen win the Pierre

Bergé Prize and the Fashion Accessories Prize respectively.

Founded in 1989 by Nathalie Dufour at the initiative of the French Ministry of Culture, ANDAM (Association

Nationale pour le Développement des Arts de la Mode) rewards the hopefuls of tomorrow’s creative scene by

offering them privileged support and a grant. As the awards have just been presented this June 30, Vogue

looks back at the winners of this star-studded edition.

At the end of the day of interviews and deliberations, the jury awarded the ANDAM Grand Prix to the duo Lisi Herrebrugh

and Rushemy Botter, head of the Aquatic Wear Botter brand and previously, for more than three years, artistic directors

of the French fashion house Nina Ricci. Since the inception of their Antwerp-based label in 2022, the Caribbean

duo has been imagining fashion for a better world, especially in terms of environmental commitment. This season

ANDAM also awarded a Special Prize for the first time, to Robert Wun. In addition to the financial endowment, respectively

300,000 and 100,000 euros, Botter and Robert Wun receive the sponsorship of Bruno Pavlovsky, President of Chanel’s

Fashion Activities, for one year. Anthony Alvarez of Bluemarble wins the Pierre Bergé Prize and receives an endowment

of 100,000 euros and the support of Tomorrow’s founder and CEO, Stefano Martinetto. As for Dolly Cohen, she receives

the Fashion Accessories Prize, an endowment of 50,000 euros and the patronage of Frédéric Maus, CEO of WSN. The

Innovation Award 2022 with 70 000 euros was won by the French start-up EVER DYE.

This year, and for the first time ever, the competition has reached a total endowment of 600,000 euros. An

incredible sum, which only confirms ANDAM’s position as a major player in supporting creation, both in France

and internationally. In addition, the competition welcomes new patrons among its ranks: the Instagram platform,

a partner that has become indispensable for the digital communication of fashion brands today, as well as

the online sales site MyTheresa, which will chaperone the finalists in marketing and distribution. And to

round off these great announcements, the 2022 edition will be sponsored by Bruno Pavlovsky, president of

fashion activities at Chanel. He will support the future winners for one year in the development of their

In addition to the Ministry of Culture and DÉFI, historical institutional partners, industry professionals (Fondation

Pierre Bergé – Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Chanel, Chloé, Saint Laurent, Longchamp, Lacoste, L’Oréal Paris, Swarovski,

Galeries Lafayette, Hermès, Kering and LVMH groups, as well as Google France, Tomorrow, OTB and Première Classe) are

permanent members of ANDAM.

The jury will award 5 prizes 

In 2022, ANDAM will award five prizes: an endowment of 300,000 euros will be given to the winner of the famous Grand

Prix, which crowns a French or foreign designer who wishes to contribute to the dynamism of French industry (the prestigious

prize won by Bianca Saunders last year). In addition, the jury will award a Special Prize and 100,000 euros to one

of the finalists of this Grand Prix. The Pierre Bergé Prize will, as usual, reward a young French company with 100,000

euros. The winner of the Fashion Accessories Prize will receive a 50,000 euro grant as well as the sponsorship of

Frédéric Maus, CEO of WSN. Then, Yann Gozlan, the founder and President of Creative Valley, will do the same for the

winner of the Innovation Award, which is aimed at entrepreneurs who succeed in offering innovative solutions allowing

the development of a more responsible and transparent fashion.

A jury will meet on June 30, 2022 to select the winners. All the conditions of participation are also available on
