Pierre Hardy reissues the Colorama #1 and #2

He started his career at Dior as artistic director of women’s shoes and then at Balenciaga, for whom he developed

the first line of shoes, practicing for more than a decade to defy the conventional rules of the shoe. Currently

at the head of the Hermès men’s and women’s shoe collections since 1990, Pierre Hardy designed some of the most

famous it-shoes of the last decade. For his eponymous house, the shoemaker launched in 2022 the Colorama sneaker,

a model born from a game of contrasts and colors offered in limited edition . This was followed by a real tidal wave among sneaker lovers and a model immediately sold out. Since then, the

shoe maker reissues a new version of this cult sneaker every season, dressing the Colorama in cubic prints inspired

by Florentine tiles or graffiti-style leather cut-outs. Following the popularity of the original Colorama model,

now unavailable, the house reissues the two sneakers identically. The only addition is a new sole with the perspective

cube print that has become the house’s flagship motif. In a version Day in pastel lambskin or Night in metallic

lambskin, the sneakers will be offered in limited edition of 160 copies each in Pierre Hardy stores and on the

e-shop of the brand.
