What are Sarah Jessica Parker’s fashion secrets?
At 53, she is a style icon praised by a whole generation: the one from Sex & the City. While she is the muse
of the new campaign Intimissimi, Vogue met her to pierce the fashion mystery that surrounds the actress.
How do you
make a great effort not to be influenced by the judgment of others when it is not constructive. The woman in the new
Intimissimi campaign is confident, independent and modern, I think it’s a good way for Intimissimi to show that all
women should be able to make the choices they want to make and that they feel like. It is, I hope, an inspiration to
all those who want to tell their own story.”
Career, family life, children: women are increasingly stretched on a daily basis. How do you manage to reconcile work
and family life and still have time for yourself? “It’s difficult. But it’s even more difficult for women who hold
two or three jobs and don’t have the support that I have. I love my job but the joy of being a mom is indescribable.
I think for a lot of moms, balance is the key that they try to achieve but it’s quite often complicated.”
Today, what does it mean to be a free woman? “To have the choice, to have the choice and… To have the choice!”

thing. It’s empowering to feel challenged and a little unsafe. Confidence and doubt can be a very effective mix!”
What does a lingerie set need to be to become a woman’s best friend? “To give confidence on any occasion! For me,
anyway. For others, I have no idea, it’s very personal.”
How would you describe your relationship with social media? “Quite strange, both very rewarding, intimidating, I
learn a little more every day.”
What piece is a must-have for Carrie Bradshaw’s dressing room? And yours? “A black bra! For both!”
